Pandora, the option to keep some troops was in the 2008 security agreement at sole discretion of Iraq. But what I am portraying is Obama didn’t end the war! He was president as the war ended under a security agreement signed before he took office and the fact the Iraqis firmly set the conditions over Bush;s objections. Therefore, Bush didn’t end the war! Iraq did! They need full credit and not let the facts be milked for political gains on Obama / Biden’s part! FYI Romney the “dickweed” was critical of Obama for not leaving troops there!
